Easy Fall Cake Decorating Ideas

As many of you know, I am more of a cratfy type than baking type. I do like to make an effort with family birthday cakes. However, I know my limits.. though I can make Ok-ish, really can't make any of those fancy cakes. I don't know it just never quite works out. I think with baking you have to be so accurate and not slap dash like me!!! However, I am a firm believer that you can still create amazing but EASY cakes… So I thought I would share thes Easy Fall Cake Decorating ideas .. some are cakes some are cupcakes, but I am sure you will agree that these fall cakes are definitely easy to make, even for a beginner baker. Often you just need to make your favourite basic vanilla cake and then decorate for fall. They would all make great Thanksgiving Cakes and a wonderful addition to our set of Thanksgiving crafts for kids.

This Thanksgiving Cake (aka my Mother in Law's birthday cake!!) was SUCH a pleasure to make.. mainly because itw as so easy, and I thought rather effective?
